1. With a minimum of 2 years as a sheet cladding fabricator
2. Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature.
3. Ability to operate different tools, and to troubleshoot equipment problems
4. Read technical assembly and schematic drawings, sheered sheet metal per requirements, rolled, cleaned, plied, and readied parts for fabrication
5. Ensured optimal quality finished material by trimming, deburring, or buffing to create smooth surfaces, seams, or joints of assembled parts, using hand tools and portable power tools.
6. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications,
