YFood is a German food-tech startup that distributes complete food in the form of powders, bars, and drinks. Basically it sells products designed to match up with an individual’s busy lifestyle. According to the company, the products that are being developed require efforts from leading food technologists. The team that is working on the development of the products is working dedicatedly to combine the nutrition with mouthwatering flavors. The products satisfy hunger for up to five hours.

The company was founded in 2017 and had raised €4.2 million Series A last summer. It has grown throughout the DACH region and has almost 200,000 customers. In the retail outlets, the company has total products of 13,000. Because of the seamlessness of its service, the revenue of the company has grown 300% over the time period of one year.

The latest invention would bring success closer to YFood. As it will be able to expand to seven different European markets, including the United Kingdom, the scope of development is colossal. In the UK the company has recently launched an online shop. With the help of Fonterra, the Munich-based creator of on-the-go nutrition products have plans to invest a bit more in research and development.
