My name is Daria and I am a yoga teacher with over 3 years’ experience in individual and group practices.
I am happy to teach people of different ages and physical abilities.
Practices are built on your feelings, skills and requests.
The first practice is always introductory, I try to understand the characteristics of your body, including elements of flexibility, strength and balance in it.
I teach classes at my home near the AL JADAF metro Or on the beach (client’s request)
Accessories necessary for yoga (mat, blocks, elastic belt) I can provide.
