You can create LPO in this software in a few clicks. Enter items from item master, enter a quantity and LPO is ready to print. In one click software can email the LPO to the vendor along with your signatures and stamp.
• ITEM MANAGEMENT:
EasyInvoicing has an item master, in which you can maintain the items you usually sell or purchase, categorize them and set default prices for items. So while creating a new document, it takes a few clicks to get your documents ready, because Item names are already there, you just choose the item and enter the quantity.
• DOCUMENT ATTACHMENTS:
Attach unlimited documents with Quotations, Invoices and Purchase Orders or Supplier records like received quotations, vendor trade license copy etc. All common document formats are supported.
• CUSTOMER / SUPPLIER MASTER:
The software maintains your customer, supplier details and delivery site address, so while creating documents, it automatically fill up complete customer or supplier details as well as delivery site address along with contact details to print on. Software can import your existing suppliers from excel file etc.
• CUSTOMIZE DESIGN:
Purchase Order is completely re-designable by the user. You can put your company logo, tag line & address etc. Software offers easy-to-use designer tool to design document layouts as per your taste
• VERY USEFUL REPORTS:
EasyInvoicing has many detailed and summary reports of prepared Sales Invoices, Quotations and Purchase Orders. All Reports can be filtered between given two dates. All Reports can be printed or exported to excel or pdf file.
