Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
