looking for female receptionist preferably Arabic speaker.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
 Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
 Manage the reception area, ensuring a neat and welcoming environment.
 Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
 Assist in scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
 Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
 Anticipate the needs of the owner and proactively address them.
 Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence for the owner.
 Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
 Proficiently handle email correspondence and draft routine memos and letters.
 Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
 Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and activities.
 Proven experience as a secretary, receptionist, or in a related administrative role.
 Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry and document preparation.
 Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
 Collaborate with team members to coordinate meetings and events.
 Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
