As a Human Resource Assistant, you will provide essential support to the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinating new hire onboarding procedures, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with accurate information.
Assisting in payroll and benefits administration, including processing timesheets, leave requests, and addressing employee inquiries.
Supporting employee relations by handling inquiries, providing information about company policies, and escalating issues to HR management as needed.
Assisting in organizing HR-related events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
